I'm not saying that UW didn't need LBs so don't twist on that … just saying that UW signed a good number last year and perhaps it's not the most pressing need (kids see a strong depth chart, we're not prioritizing our bags of cash on these recruits, etc.)
That said at minimum we're seeing trends in 2 positional groups that are at least concerning and require a deep dive
It's important to note in these times that prioritizing your dollars is important and if somebody views or see a player in a far more favorable light than you do then that might be enough to get you to scratch your head.

Again, perfect is the enemy of good. In 1960 the Senate wouldn't have passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But four years later they did. Something changed. King certainly wasn't a Saint, but he was a huge change agent for equal rights. As a reminder, the Civil Right Act specifically excluded AA as a remedy.

It's important to note that the infamous filibuster of the bill in the Senate was primarily led by Southern Democrats, who overwhelmingly voted against the act. While both parties had members who opposed the bill, the vote breakdown demonstrates a significant bipartisan effort to pass the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964.
