I’m down almost 20lbs this year. I’ve been rucking with my Marine vet neighbor a couple mornings a week, doing some intermittent fasting, a shit ton of yard work, and trying to eat less garbage.

I've never taken a flu shot or any of the vaccines except the polio vaccine when I was a child. We just had chicken pox parties or measles etc.

Now you're considered a quack for using naturopathic medicines. Big pharma has waged a campaign of ridicule and propaganda to move us away from the old ways claiming they are the gods of medicine.
