I'd like to see a real bi partisan flavor to the list myself. It can't be just democrats. A chance to cull the GOP is a good thing
Lindsey Graham we're looking at you
If Trump is on it caught red handed than we'll just have to live with Vance as President
I think we know that if Trump is on it we'd have known before Epstein didn't commit suicide

A lot of people forget that Clint's greatest talent was as a director. He was a good actor, but no Gene Hackman. Hackman was larger than life as Little Bill. He owned that movie.
It's sad that some small number of people are genuinely trans. It's good that their condition can sometimes be treated to allow them a relatively normal life. That doesn't mean former men should be on women's sports teams.
I just don't think most of those guys are very principled. Most people aren't.
Musk is an autist so he has no ability to dissemble. He was convinced by logic that the left didn't make sense and went on an autistic campaign in defense of the truth.
I also think those guys saw places like China from the outside and thought about how great it was "to just get things done" and ignore the little guy. Then they got a taste of the fact that everyone in those systems is a little guy (Jack Ma remember him?lol) with the Biden admin and were ready to jump ship when given the opportunity.
I forgot to respond to this, but Westwood had turned into a similar ghost town for years before I left LA in 2021 so I'm sure it's even worse. The few students I would actually see on either of those campuses while walking around were a stark contrast to those I saw when I was in college - all seemed unhappy, no other way to say it than not good looking, and a lot of segregation by sex. I think part of the problem with Berkeley and Westwood is you probably have students who only focus on academics and aren't out living and socializing.
There wasn't a single sports bar in all of Berkeley that I could find. The closest thing was a tap room.
I was shocked at Cal did manage to have a great chunk of students and decent looking students show up for the game once in started in 2022.
Being a shitty Idea guy isn't some new thing.
Enabling and protecting a shitty Idea guy for over a decade and then doubling down during Covid will kill a 100+ year organization though.
Lol. Teams had about the same level of NFL talent in the starting lineups. Husker lost for two reasons:

and this
With a true freshman at middle lb and their best defensive player out of the game, Miami still managed to do just enough to slow their rushing attack on D. It might not seem that way, but you have to know that Nebraska averaged over 7 yards a carry for the season and just fucking steamrolled everyone on the ground. Against the Canes they averaged 5, and if you take away the 20 yard fumblerooski it's under 5. Couple that with a Miami pro style passing attack and receivers that made Husker think it was on Mars, along with a rushing game of their own, and the upset isn't that absurd.
The fumblerooski on 3rd and 5 was trickeration even by today's standards, and they fucking needed it, as it would turn out, to keep it within reach of a tie. I was at that game, and more than half the stadium was corn and they were fucking puckered at that point in the game.
Great game. IDGAF if Nebraska wins the natty with a tie. It would always be a tie. Sure, some people desperate for validation count natties however they can get them. But that would have forever gone down with an asterisk IMO and Nebraska is a proud program. He made the right call. Canes have left three natties on the table, at least. Doesn't matter.
