You have to guess that there's some off-balance sheet money at some of the top spenders.
UW basically needs to 2x their budget if we(?) want to compete again, which means coming up with another $9.406 million. Ignoring which boosters will invest that money for the moment, from a cost / benefit perspective it should be attractive. How much more money does UW make if makes the playoffs rather than going to Crazy Larry's Bowl in Shreveport? $10 million? How much bigger are the donations to UW Hospital, Business, Law, and Engineering in a 12-0 season rather than going 6-6?
Also, the donations are tax-deductible then right?
I actually liked DeBoer's evaluations. He really knew how to fit guys to scheme and vice versa. His portal picks would have been good.
I think if he stays UW is looking at a 9-3 season this year and the program is still building with positive buzz.
Beating everyone with a grandpa QB > Losing to Rutgers, Iowa and The Coug with one.
Sorry cocks but espn wants Bama v Notre Dame
And you lost to Bama
There are players making millions of dollars having close to 70 starts in college. What the hell are we doing?
I wish they’d come up with a different label besides NIL for this horseshit. Almost no one is getting comp based off the value of their name, image or likeness.
