Re: Fisch
Great CEO’s would want to delegate. Instead we have Jimmy Dougherty who hasn’t advanced past qb coach in 15 years.

Re: Fisch
Always fun to read that extensions come with clauses that the coach needs to be less involved in what he’s supposedly a genius at.

Re: Fisch
1 - He can flat out recruit (whatever that means in 2025). That is like the #1 thing. Notch that at the top of the "pro" column.
2 - He is a good CEO for the program; I really believe that. Besides recruiting well, he hired Walters and seems to have a good donor and upper campus relationship. Notch that in the "pro" column.
3 - He shouldn't be calling plays. Put that at the top of the "con" in bold and italics. Give himself veto power over the OC perhaps, but he's not that good at it. He is good when we crush teams, but that is like me being Mike Tyson's ringside coach against Tommy Gun. RUN FUCKING MOHAMED 30 FUCKING TIMES HE WAS GASHING.
If he gets an extension with good money, one of the clauses needs to be to hire an OC who calls plays.

Re: Fisch
I don't want Fisch in the defensive meeting room. Close and lock the door.

Dated a South African girl for a long time. She was gorgeous. Wood recommend.

Re: Fisch
if he was a great CEO he’d already have a great play caller.
He’s not great at anything, except bullshitting the masses at UW

Re: Playoff chaos
might as well go to 64 teams and start next weekend. Bowl games are already destroyed and meaningless. Maybe more players will actually play if their 5-7 squad is in the tourney.

Pretty amazing the Cuog almost beat Ole Miss in Oxford

Re: Demond
I don't see Demond ever being a guy capable of making full field reads and playing with NFL timing.
You can win a lot of games with Demond's skillset, but the good teams will take away the gimmicky stuff and it just gets really tough if you don't have a huge talent advantage.
Maybe he has another leap in him but I'm not counting on it.

Re: Deboer playing for the SEC title
In September 2022, after we beat somebody (Michigan State?), Rome Odunze gave DeBoer the game ball for bringing the team together and coaching so effectively. DeBoer was wiping tears from his eyes
