Explosive anger is a very common companion to autism. Many of us know that from personal experience. A simple internet search on the subject produces page after page of directly responsive hits. If, as the complaint alleges, the aide and the teacher chose to speak to each other about this kid's behavioral issues in his presence and in front of his class, I'd say maybe even you wouldn't have handled that very well.
