Re: Lindy's UW Profile
Did it mention anywhere about “our guys working harder than EVER?”
Lindy's UW Profile
They don't feature anonymous coach opinion's on each team anymore (or at least not UW, haven't looked at anyone else yet), but the good news is that it looks like they've chosen to replace it with quotes from Scott Eklund and an anonymous NFL scout take instead!
Here's what I found worth sharing, I might post more later in this thread but there's a lot of shit to sift through that assumes you are a filthy casual and don't know that the last time Washington didn't go to a bowl was in 2021.
Anyways,
Players to watch: all of the obvious choices but they added Elinneus Davis, Anterio Thompson, and Paki Finau.
Primary Strengths: "The Huskies retained their two top skill players in Coleman and Boston, among the best at their positions in the Big Ten. Davis was a key addition, and he should thrive in Walters' scheme"
Potential Problems: "Washington's offensive line is still a worry. Even though Fisch invested in a top flight transfer, former Kansas St standout Carver Willis, he's adjusting to left tackle after spending the majority of his time with the Wildcats at right tackle. The Huskies are expecting to feature true freshmen John Mills and Champ Taulealea as part of their rotation on the interior."
Overview: "With more time to build the roster and better depth, Fisch's second team should improve, particularly if Williams is as good as he looks, and his line meshes. It doesn't hurt that their three toughest games, Illinois, Ohio State and Oregon, will all be played at home."
Outsider's View (anonymous NFL scout): "I really liked Jonah Coleman at Arizona, and I like him even more now. The coaches rave about how hard he works, and he's just a rock in the backfield. Tacario Davis, the NFL guys know he has first-round potential. He has real-deal skills, although his movement skills aren't quite elite yet and we'd like to see him snag a few interceptions. But the crazy length Washington has in the secondary is impressive.
Overall, this looks like a tough team to pin down. Jedd was put into a nearly impossible situation last year. But he didn't just sit back. Looks like he fixed the line of scrimmage problem - at least it looks that way on paper. I bet the Huskies to be sneaky good."
I don't know who these magazines are for now, with all the space dedicated to NFL potential of players. You wouldn't care about this at this time if you were a die hard NFL fan and if you're a CFB sicko you roughly know the projected round(s) of your star players already. There's a lot of space now dedicated to telling you where transferred players came from, with little notes about them.

Re: Ayatollah says Iran triumphed in the U.S.-Israeli war and dealt a “severe blow”
First of all, can we? be more precise than "endless wars"? You guys (I'm calling you men again, for now) love to throw that around but are starting to sound like retarded liberal sloganeering poetry majors at Columbia. There are no endless wars. We end them. Sometimes smartly, sometimes stupidly, but we do end them.
Secondly, no. Morally, killing people in war is different than infanticide. For obvious reasons. Purposefully killing civilians in war is another matter, though the moral line on that has changed since many of our enemies choose to hide behind civilians and create situations where it is next to impossible to avoid civilian collateral damage. But killing in war is morally distinguishable from killing a child in the womb.
Sorry. Thems the the rules.

Re: Gas Prices on Memorial ! A price to remember!!
What do the US energy experts dem political hack bureaucrats know? Same as our 51 intelligence agents that lied about the laptop.
Barry's classic "We can't drill our way to lower gas prices". Right next to "You can keep your doctor, you can keep your plan and we will save the American family $2500". America Last and no need for an actual education.
