The youngsters are ridiculously tech savvy and can get a butt load done. But the hell if they will listen to the voice of 40 years of experience. Which is probably fine for creative/tech positions but I need the fucking debits to equal the credits.

For grind it out jobs, give me a 50+ year old every tim. They've had shitty bosses so they know the Throbber is like the GOAT to work for. Just do your job, if you've got a problem, call.
