Disagree.
Year 3 is still the barometer, so long as year 1 is minimally acceptable and year 2 is an improvement.
Literally no one else has done what DeBoer did here in the history of CFB. That was the exception and not the rule.

I don’t know what someone with that degree does, but if I ever required their services then found out the African American Studies major was, himself, not African American…I think I’d ask for a refund.
