The dems talking point on tariffs is just what the Tug leftards are regurgitating. It's a tax paid by the US consumer. No nuance, no discussion of the actual dynamics of tariffs and for the first time ever, crocodile tears on how taxes are devastating hard working Americans. Meanwhile every dem in Congress voted against the big beautiful bill which will lower energy costs to US consumers and stop the imposition of the largest tax increase on middle class Americans. Meanwhile the Washington legislature just passed their last budget with huge new taxes on Washington citizens. Currently, the Oregon legislature is being called into special session to pass huge increases in gas taxes and vehicle registration and payroll taxes.
