No. Either you think Iran was working on developing everything they needed to deliver a nuclear weapon with an ICBM to the US or you don't. Bannon hasn't explained why the Iranian Death to America crowd was enriching uranium in underground bunkers beyond was was needed to fuel nuclear power plants and had mid-range ballistic missiles to deliver nukes to Israel.
