Fisch is a great recruiter. He said so and everyone believed him.
Must just need new assistants...
We did fine because there were already as many as 50 million illegals in country. Time to rid us of them all!
Yeah, nothing says fiscal responsibility like the party of open borders and free sh*t for illegal aliens combined with hundreds of billions wasted on dem green energy grifting and our world class public education system. You voted for it, you own it.
They don't feature anonymous coach opinion's on each team anymore (or at least not UW, haven't looked at anyone else yet), but the good news is that it looks like they've chosen to replace it with quotes from Scott Eklund and an anonymous NFL scout take instead!
Here's what I found worth sharing, I might post more later in this thread but there's a lot of shit to sift through that assumes you are a filthy casual and don't know that the last time Washington didn't go to a bowl was in 2021.
Anyways,
Players to watch: all of the obvious choices but they added Elinneus Davis, Anterio Thompson, and Paki Finau.
Primary Strengths: "The Huskies retained their two top skill players in Coleman and Boston, among the best at their positions in the Big Ten. Davis was a key addition, and he should thrive in Walters' scheme"
Potential Problems: "Washington's offensive line is still a worry. Even though Fisch invested in a top flight transfer, former Kansas St standout Carver Willis, he's adjusting to left tackle after spending the majority of his time with the Wildcats at right tackle. The Huskies are expecting to feature true freshmen John Mills and Champ Taulealea as part of their rotation on the interior."
Overview: "With more time to build the roster and better depth, Fisch's second team should improve, particularly if Williams is as good as he looks, and his line meshes. It doesn't hurt that their three toughest games, Illinois, Ohio State and Oregon, will all be played at home."
Outsider's View (anonymous NFL scout): "I really liked Jonah Coleman at Arizona, and I like him even more now. The coaches rave about how hard he works, and he's just a rock in the backfield. Tacario Davis, the NFL guys know he has first-round potential. He has real-deal skills, although his movement skills aren't quite elite yet and we'd like to see him snag a few interceptions. But the crazy length Washington has in the secondary is impressive.
Overall, this looks like a tough team to pin down. Jedd was put into a nearly impossible situation last year. But he didn't just sit back. Looks like he fixed the line of scrimmage problem - at least it looks that way on paper. I bet the Huskies to be sneaky good."
I don't know who these magazines are for now, with all the space dedicated to NFL potential of players. You wouldn't care about this at this time if you were a die hard NFL fan and if you're a CFB sicko you roughly know the projected round(s) of your star players already. There's a lot of space now dedicated to telling you where transferred players came from, with little notes about them.
How did we ever survive before biden and the democrats let 11,000,000 illegals in over 4 years? We had plenty of fruits and vegetables. All democrat toilets were cleaned cheaply. Rat grass was cut and weeds were pulled.
Your argument is built on a false premise. We did just fine without the extra 11,000,000. Actually, the economy was worse with the extra 11,000,000.
Buck wants hotel and farm workers deported before known criminals and gang members.
Farrell’s. I would eat a Zoo of ice cream today
Flakey Jake’s. A burger joint that was on NE 8th and 116th. Where Jafco used to be but is a Whole Foods. Ow. Big ass burgers.
Billy McHales. Another burger joint. I completed the 31 different beer challenge a few times.
Pietros Pizza and Godfathers pizza in Woodinville. Pietros had the Barmaid, basically all meat pizza. Luckily we have a Godfather about 20 minutes from us now. It tastes almost the same. Just slightly thinner than it used to be.
the Globe/Ould Triangle. On Greenwood and 100th. When it was the Glode it was a rugby bar. Then started going back in the late 2000s for trivia night.
Las Margaritas in Woodinville. It changed names but we always called it las Margs. Now it is condos.
Skippers. Heard there is one in Bremerton or silverdale?
