If Hertz actually has the wheel repaired, I can see this being a legit part of business. However, we all know that they'll send that car back out with the curbed wheel because they know it'll get trashed a hundred more times over the life-cycle of that vehicle. This is just another way to collect non-rental revenue.

Yep. If you grab either of the Fag Flag or the Stars and Stripes from its owner and burn it, both should be property crimes.
