Personally, I've never been that impressed with him. He strikes me as an above-average, competent D1 QB. Nothing more.

My experience is usually the old rich white gays at Husky Hoops gaymes are all Doogman guys. I've lurked behind many an old guy while they perused the boredz during time outs, and enthusiastically saying hello to Kim or Nacho in the concourse. I suspect the guy I sat next to this season may visit the boredes. I tried to subtlety inject jokes from the boards that are still funny after 100's of tims, but nothing. In Houston I almost got on Fox 13 and was going to give them five reasons why UW was gonna win, until of course they saw me and said "we can't put that on television! Eww!" True story.

I was mostly blacked out at a tap house in Berkeley by myself after the big win at Cal in 2022. Made friends with a dawg couple who were constantly fighting horribly. The wife was from like Australia or New Zealand or something and I kept telling them that they couldn't fight because of the Huskies and being 6-2, but it really felt like they were doomed, and I sometimes wonder if they're okay. I always forget to put a beacon out here for them, hoping they have a nice life and enjoyed the run. So here it is.

Once again this year there will be some special guests at the annual Army-Navy game, which will be played tomorrow. One thing is for sure, Joe Biden and/or Kamala Harris will not be there because the White House is aware of the kind of optics that would take place and they don't want that to be the last thing everybody remembers about their disastrous four years in office.
Vice President Elect JD Vance will, however, be at the game, along with President Elect Donald Trump.
Oh, and they'll have a special guest with them that Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg and many others on the Left will like seeing there... or maybe not:

Alex McLaughlin is a 6-foot-2 safety and impressed in two seasons at Northern Arizona. As a true freshman in 2023, he started all 10 games he played in and made 71 total tackles, 5.0 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, grabbed four interceptions, and broke up six passes. The season earned him Second Team All-Big Sky honors. This past season, the safety started all 13 games and recorded 96 total tackles, 7.0 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, forced two fumbles, grabbed two interceptions, and broke up four passes and earned First-Team Big Sky honors. He has two years of eligibility remaining and allegedly his license plate says "PLYMAKR".
