I always thought Judd was a recruiter and it was one of the reasons he was the top realistic guy on my board. With the holes Jimmy's no recruiting, DeBoer's limited recruiting, and the post-2023 exodus left, we had to hire someone who could TBS, and hard.
I thought his first class was a bit underwhelming but it now looks like they needed some Tim to get away from the stink of the early-2024 nightmare, develop some culture, get NIL inline, and get reads down.
Feels like if they can start winning 10+ games we could be back up to top Peterman level. Just in Tim for Judd to take another job.
