Turner was supposed to announce at sign at 7:15 (PST) this morning but I was told by his coach he's just not ready and needs more time. I'm not sure if that means more time as in later today or maybe even later this week, but he hasn't made a final decision yet. Will update when I hear more.
Sounds like his coach is waiting or the Under Armor check to clear before Asa signs the ND NLI. -
