WTF how? What other program would he have been better off at? He's UW's all-time career leading rusher. He's a hometown kid who's a 4-year starter for his hometown team. His talent has flourished and has been showcased as much as possible. For a 3-star recruit who doesn't have prototypical NFL size, he has overachieved at UW.

With those measurables, he should be lighting up the stat sheet. He doesn't. He's an a'ight Pac-12 QB. Just a'ight.

He's had shit coaching if he's still waiting to get his reads down the end of year 3.

Lockner also had great “measurables”.

Herbert locks on too early where he’s throwing the football.

Herbert has zero touch on his passes

Herbert does not make smart decisions, and should have more INT’s than he does now.

My point being...Gaskins could be great almost anywhere. Also, he can’t win the big games at UW, because he’s surrounded by a noodle arm quarterback, a below average offensive line, and a head coach who lost the edge that originally made him great.

If you’re saying Herbert’s talent is being wasted at UO, you can make the same argument for Gaskins. Problem being, some of you need to take the purple glasses off and actually realize the harsh reality of the situation.

Gaskin isn't UW's all time leading passer...in fact I don't think has ever thrown a pass.

He won't be drafted top 5.

Gaskin is a Pa 12 Champion and won numerous post season honors.
