Here's where the instate class of 2020 currently ranks on 247:
Five stars
3. Smalls
6*. Ringo
Four stars
60. Scott Jr
156. Hatchett
200. Rogers
205. Hector
239. Adams (listed as RB)
So for comparison, 2018 had Sirmon, Tre'Shaun, Kyler and... Rodrick Fisher? WTF?
So 2018 had 0 five stars, 4 4 stars. 2020 has 1 five star and 5 four stars, and there will probably be another 75-100 four stars handed out, with at least one or two in state kids likely to add one.
Great in state class. Insane if you count Ringo.
2021 will be insane regardless.
* Not in state, but sort of in state given he still trains with FSP -

So, this year is a comparatively weak year in-state, but the next two years following are insanely good.

The only In-State players I am very well-informed with are the small school kids, usually not any P12 talent there, but I think there's a 2B kid who is getting little recognition. Silas Perriah is his name, no offers, but has the typical Junior Day invites from Coogs and the top team in the state, EWU. (Insert Rainer Beach Coach tweet here), the athletics are a little off on his hudl, runs a 4.5 flat, 325 bench. Class of 2019, he is a white RB, but I think the name makes up for it. Silas Perriah, rolls of the tongue.
