I'm hoping that they will withhold all 2019 in state offers until Junior Day. It is all a master plan. Imagine being a local kid and being invited into Pete's office after tearing shit up at your workout. You sit down, he shakes your hand and says "I didn't want to offer you over the phone or social media. I wanted to let you know in person that you are our kinda guy. We want you to stay home and be a Dwag." That would be a good way to know that you don't run second fiddle to any out of state kids and that you weren't being slow played, you were being honored.
