He did get Coach of the Year a few years back... he's not a bad coach by any means... but he's like 65? It makes about as much sense as hiring Frank Solich, Les Miles, Phil Fulmer, Rocky Long or Bill Snyder. We need a young coach with some energy... not some old fart who might croak on the job...
