His brother (half-brother?) played running back for University of Texas a few years ago. He was showing some good promise, despite having measurables that were not very impressive. Unfortunately he got one too many concussions and had to retire from the game as a RS-Soph.

Newton and Brown look like future DBs to me. They lack a step or 2 in speed to be serious contenders at RB in the Pac. They have the right frames for DBs tho. Brown looks like he has a step on Newton. Lowe would make for a better RB than them in this class.

Brown would be a good LB if you want him on defense. He's too big for DB.priapism said:Newton and Brown look like future DBs to me. I actually think Kamari Pleasent could be goodBallzDeep said:The thought of this kid pisses me off. I don't want another weak ass RB like Kamari Pleasant. Especially not a weak ass RB named Richard Newton. I want a real power back. Brown needs to commit before this kid steps foot on that plane to Seattle.

Kamari, women like, have ALWAYS liked a real man. Metro pussies like yourself turn them off. When she weighs 125lbs, and outweighs u kamari, youre out of luck, even with your $200 fake- tear skinny jeans.BallzDeep said:
I never said he won't be. Just that he's currently physically skinny and weak. I'm waiting for him to put in the work necessary to bulk up. Hasn't happened yet.Edwin_Bambino said:

Pup can dress in the finest thread, flowing golden locks, the occassional handlebar stash to go with his Filson wardrobe for the fucking hot mature woman..or shave stash and dress trendy for that young 20-30-something. Either way pup tasting cooz juice.
Just depends on my fashion mood.
On other hand, chicks will dance with you and your little frame, accept a free drink, but go home with Pup. Dont forget Kamari, pup's smoking 20-something prefers a stash ride from a gorgeous, wealthy and distingued Pup over a Prius ride from a cunt like you;
Aside from your geeky looks paying for drinks with a sock of change aint helping your cause. The magenta Prius is the 3rd strike. -
My god, not "power back" bullshit. Eeeesh.BallzDeep said:
Brown is 220 lbs. He's a power back. He'll never be a speed guy but when you need a RB to get you five yards a carry against a tough defense Brown could be that guy. You're right about Newton. He's 180 lbs soaking wet. I'm tired of these tiny ass RB's. They're good for the most part in the Pac-12 but we need big backs to beat the big boys.priapism said:Newton and Brown look like future DBs to me. He's a real load to bring down. A north-south runner. 3 yards and a cloud of dust. Always looking for contact. He brings the hammer. He runs people over. A real hard-nosed runner. Always fights for extra yards. He lays the wood. Loves contact. Gets the tough yards. Loves to hit people. Real violent runner.Dennis_DeYoung said:

When was the last time you saw a team win the national championship without using a power back?Dennis_DeYoung said:

Also in 2013, when Florida State won it all.
Florida 2008 and 2006. Texas 2005.
Terrible argument. -
Unless you count Tim Tebow as a single wing fullback in 2008, which would actually be a pretty solid argument.
