There is nothing in that law that prevents a person from releasing tax returns while the IRS is auditing them, according to Buffett, who has been audited by the IRS.

Two things:

1. If you want to tell somebody else they are stupid, you might learn the difference between your, and you're, at least in the sentence which you are using to cast the dispersion.

2. The only accusation here is that Trump is the only candidate from a major party in the last 50 years that has refused to release his tax returns, and he says he can't because he is currently being audited. There is nothing to prove here. It is a fact. On top of that, Buffett just called him a liar. What else do you need proved?
