Blaming Obama for any profiteering engaged in by Halliburton is as stupid is blaming Lincoln for any profiteering engaged in by northern companies that profiteered while supplying the northern army with shitty products.
The crime was committed by the profiteering company. The mistake was the government's for hiring them.
But it is interesting how some need to deflect the issue from the profiteer. By that logic, it is probably the little old lady's fault for hiring the fuel oil company that shorted her on her delivery.
