Kaufman was 185 and benched over 400 lbs.

He was a once in a lifetime talent. He'll never be duplicated. Just stop there. I love Gaskin, but he is no Kaufman.

In my lifetime. I was alive and even attended games in '91, but I don't remember shit.

    1. Dillon

    2. Sankey
    3. Kaufman
    4. Polk
    5. Sheehee

@RoadDawg55 - I just listened to your post Stanford podcast; now with this, I think we share a mind. This is exactly how I'd put it.

Dillon is the fucking Hugh McElhenny of this shit. The King. Dude was so good. If we'd had a decent fucking coach in '96, we would've won the Rose Bowl.

Instead we had LamboFS and we lost to Neu in the San Diego Sea Bowl.

I put Kaufman ahead of Sankey, but the stats don't lie.

I loved Chris Polk. The run he made against LSU at husky stadium where he stiff arms two SEC defenders back to back for was beautiful.

One of my earliest memories was at Husky Stadium watching Corey dillon destroy San Jose st. The man was a man.

I wasn't a huge Nip fan, but obviously he was good.

I wanted to be just like Corey Dillon, so I was just a random asshole to people, whined a lot and committed a lot of date rape.

Think you may have the wrong Dawg in mind, Brah.

Dillon may have only been around a couple quarters, but he wasn't Jarrrammmmy.

The NFL shouldn't matter on this, but Corey Dillon was a Pro Bowl RB for the Bengals. They were the worst team in the NFL when he played. If he was on a good team he would be a Hall of Famer.

Dillon once held the record for most rushing yards in an NFL game. Nuff said on that.

Proving that you didn't personally know Corey Dillon.

I love Gaskin and I don't see the similarities. Nip was a very different runner.

Me neither. Sankey, maybe. Or Shehee.

Stylistically, McGrew is closer to Kaufman.
I wondered if anybody else noticed this. McGrew totally reminds me of
Kaufman. It's that foward upper body lean, short cuts with quick feet,
then A+ downhill speed. REAL excited to see McGrew next year.
