Big Ten: Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio State
XII: Texas and Oklahoma
All of these conferences are equal to or better than the Pac-12 when it comes to what matters.
N won theirs in the Big 8 and 12. They've been an 8-4 or 9-3 team since they joined the Big 14. -
The Big Ten was worthless in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Remember State Penn joined in '93. I think the conference may have won one between '68 and '97. Phlembechler, Woody Hayes, John Cooper, Gary Moeller et. al were overrated.
