Nice sear on the steak ... but needed to be pulled at least 2 minutes earlier. Negative points for it not being a T-Bone.
Nice touch with the sea salt on the potato ... big minus marks though for dressing up the insides though ... needs some more cream for sure. -
Steak is best served thin, fatless, tender yet a bit on the overcooked side with good spices and steak sauce.
