Just read the indictment. (I know I’m alone in having done that.)
So is Hegseth’s indictment to follow?
Easier case really. Much less complex. And I know how girls do love to drone on about equal application of law and justice.

You obviously think I care about John Bolton. The indictment refers to Hegseth’s felonies. Should be remarkably easy to get a conviction of Hegseth. Far fewer problems of proof.

The indictment itself anticipates problems of proof. I don’t care if John Bolton is convicted should those problems be overcome. What’s the excuse for failing to prosecute Hegseth given what Bolton is being prosecuted for?
