Don't know.
The indictment says he possessed and shared things that are beyond and more sensitive than the stuff which was vetted for publication of his book.
It also says he shared information with two people who were not authorized to receive it—and not in a drunken and unsecured group chat, which as we all know is totally fine.
The government will have to prove its case.

I've read the indictment, it doesn't mention Pete Hegseth anywhere I can see....point to it!

No bullshit heresay or biased articles and spun media reports! Just lay out your evidence and I'll hear it Mr "the conviction is all that matters".
Show me your evidence, show the law(s) broken and make me believe Hegseth needs indicted like I'm in the jury.

It doesn’t mention Hegseth by name. Did you really fail to recognize that his conduct is mentioned?
But more to the point, I heard an awful lot of TugCon bleating about the supposed “unequal application of the laws” on this forum. Hegseth not only isn’t being prosecuted, he still has his fucking job! Suddenly the loudest poasters on this topic have lost their voices.
I don’t give a shit about Bolton. He’s just another Republican who is willing to speak up after the damage is already done as far as I’m concerned. Like Mitch McConnell. The topic is your hypocrisy and the hypocrisy of your brighter colleagues who are steering well clear of this thread for obvious reasons—you know who you are.
