Ern mentioned tough times personally a few weeks ago. He’s reacting like a child or an addict to whatever is bothering him. Certainly isn’t acting like a well-adjusted adult.
Calling other non-racists “racist” ain’t going to fix what’s ailing you, bub.
I know there are POC who get to high positions in companies I’ve worked for/with in my 30 year (so far) career who got those jobs on merit. They are excellent st what they do.
I also know from working at GSK for a half-decade how the former NFL bench guy (played with Bruschi at UA too) and also the former Oregon State basketball player who played pro overseas from the Brent Barry teams were DEI. I know this because my (black) and very competent on merit regional manager and I went through a Google search of applicants to find POC to interviews. Match name to search results and news reports. Simple!
Both those guys were terrible reps but good people, so I had to basically run their presentations for them but hey, we hit our racial quota in Portland. Neither lasted two years and I left about that time.
No man I think there's serious DEI problems in basketball. The best players (me) didn't even get a chance. I'm just giving some examples of guys like me that should always be let in the gym.
To say the Ern lacks self-awareness is like saying water is wet. If DEI was one of my core beliefs, then I could honestly explain why is was such a great thing for the country. For some reason, leftards argue DEI is a great thing because Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are a great thing. Just look at the great job Kamala did as VP. She was both the first Black and Indian to be VP and she was a woman. One person checked three boxes and thus met several quotas. Did JD Vance do that? So there. It is important to judge people based on the color of their skin rather than the content of their character. I think someone with a national holiday to their name said that. Could be wrong.

When DEI is applied in the NBA I will get on board.
Your game doesn't work anymore, Pistol Pete
Luca says hello
NFL is 80% black so where's the equity? We need more Asians, Hispanics, whites etc. We can't allow this racism to stand!
If @georgiaduck has Luka game, I'm gonna need to see it
I got cut before my 8th grade select bball tryouts even began. They wouldn't let me in the gym.
He’s losing it.

Just my observation, don’t twist.
Except for playing the BLACK National Anthem at Super Bowl LIX. Where is the LatinX National Anthem?
Wait so talent matters more than color?
Stockton, Luka, Dirk, Bird, and Joker just need a shot. You have to let em in the gym. That squad can rumble.
Ern goes back 45 years to find five white guys.

Name me a better white man squad. Steve Nash, prime Bill Walton, maybe?
You realize you're contradicting yourself
Or do you

This could be a very long thread if we start including all of H, Bearswin, mellodawg, Buck, and the rest really racist remarks.
That's what it's here for
Ern thinks talent should matter in sports and not in the real world where checking a box is more important
And apparently he's unaware of his contradiction
Fascinating
