I decided to get back on the keto wagon and started yesterday. I’ve never done it for more than a couple months, but I lost like 30lbs in two months the last time I did it, and that was with virtually no exercise besides walking. Sugar is really my biggest enemy, I have a horrific sweet tooth. I figure it’ll help my stepson with T1D if I’m not crushing carbs all the time while preaching to him about making low carb choices.

I have felt so foggy the last few months since Lil Shit was born. I’m really hoping this will help with that. I need all the mental clarity I can get these days. It might just be placebo, but even at just shy of 48 hours since last consuming sugar, I feel more coherent already. This morning was the first morning where I didn’t feel completely retarded in months.
That first 24 hours off sugar is a bitch. Usually comes with a migraine located right behind an eyeball.
