Forgive me, RFKJ, for I have sinned.
Frosted mini wheats are just so fucking good.
I finally got some Chia seeds which this thread has made me very intrigued by. Trying them out in certain areas.
From initial observations my answer would be yes, it does slow down the glucose absorption but that is preliminary. Greens = spinach?
Power greens would like a mix of like chard, spinach, kales, etc.
Again, my unqualified, layman's theory is that adding in chia seeds and whey protein slows down the absorption of glucose.
People forget a scoop of whey powder has as much protein as 4 eggs. Potent stuff.
Just split some cord wood on your compound and you'll be fine.
I saw that in my podcast feed but I didn't listen to the episode. I think Shawn Baker does outstanding work, but I have issues trying to listen to him. The way he mumbles and beats around the bush.
I really like Nicole Shanahan.
I think casein protein is the stuff that is slower digesting/absorbing.
