Does make sense.
With how the NFL Values running backs, how long the average life expectancy is for them, Jonah can stay in college one more year, make close to what he would his 1st year in the league and based on what we've seen from Fisch this year, along with projected starting OL next year, there are again going to be multiple games where his carries will be 10-15 b/c of the 2 non-conf scrimmages at home, and who we will play on the omg end along with road games that get out of hand.
Comments
he should leave
He gone!
He gone
53 seconds!
Why not 81%?
In any case, 100% chance that every time Fisch opens his mouth, a bunch of bullshit comes out. He should pursue a career in politics.
I'll TITTT.
Fortunately Muhammad has a ton of potential and is pretty good already. Obviously way more of a one cut guy but looks like a bit of a freak already
Forget Coleman.
Look, I like the guy, but I would much rather use his NIL money on some offensive and defensive lineman. Those are much more critical positions for UW right now.
And the fact that I have to couch my comments on him in some kind of NFL-style cap hit argument is really disgusting.
There's no cap
UW is too poor, remember?
Yep
If you guysm look closely at what Caple wrote…
I asked Fisch if he has a read yet on whether tailback Jonah Coleman might want to return for another year in college. His response was surprisingly emphatic.
“I’m going to say it’s on the high end of 90 percent,” Fisch said, “but we’ll see.”
"Another year in college" does not necessarily mean UW
Scoducks
But you told me that you hate The Tug
It seems like it will be a deeper than usual RB draft class so if Coleman can make +/- $750k and boost his stock by coming back as a true Senior, it would make sense.
I guess a top spending program could try to get him for $1 million plus (through back channels) but the biggest spending programs probably have an RB returning who is just as good as Coleman. As they say, either way it will be chinteresting.
I do.
Fisch’s mouth is writing A LOT of checks
