Fisch really did a good job at Arizona, but the lack of improvement is disturbing and reminiscent of pretty much every coach the last 20 years except DeBeer and Peterson
Fish had to fill a gutted roster with guys from Arizona, San Jose State, and the local Labor Ready office, and yet we can't wrap our head around why things are happening the way they are.
The fact that he cobbled together 9 games of top 25 offense and defense efficiency with the hand he was dealt should be seen as a great omen, but I'm hearing he should be fired. Okay.
Yeah we got ass blasted yesterday. Lack of depth reared it's head and people pretend to be shocked. That had nothing to do with coaching or playcalling. It's bullets, plain and simple.
Perspective is a dying art form. Let Fish fry. This is year 0, not year 1.
UW will be better on the road next year almost assuredly. I think that's one of the safer bets around. Being worse would demand a tremendous effort.
Also, who cares? Win football games, fuck bitches, smoke weed, cash checks, snap necks. Parsing coachspeak for narratives will always be the stupidest shit.
It's going to take 1, maybe 2, pending OL/DL construction.
Demond Williams, Adam Mohammed.
There's a lot to be optimistic about but we should remember these names specifically. I'm not sure there's a team in the country who has this kind of true freshman QB/RB potential. I think anyone would trade.
We're gonna be just fine. If we suck next year, then we can start chatting about Fish.
Oklahoma, USC, Michigan, Florida State, Utah, Washington. One of these teams has an excellent excuse this season. The others, not so much.
Okay, Utah has a decent excuse, but still. They were preseason Big 12 winners, top 10 (?), and if Cameron Risings injury was what caused them to implode and not make a bowl, they weren't that good to begin with.
Love Kyle but this has been an absolute disaster. I hope he doesn't retire. It's not right for it to end this way.

Motherfucker
Whining and excuse making is not acceptable
James Franklin-esque
Fucking Christ make your team better each week and earn your salary
Not a lot of tact, but is anything he is saying not true?

we so needed to win the NC last year so I could walk away happy. Fuck everyone.
lol, him saying UW will be better on the road now is just the truth? If he can speak reality into being, why not start, you know, earlier.

Obviously Troy/UW screwed up with keeping Kalen. But who should you want as head coach right now? Just curious
What does it matter? Race isn't the AD. That's their job, not his.
Good 2nd post.
Remember who you're speaking to.
@CallMeBigBURN
Lots of overreacting going on, maybe I should start a thread of positives moving forward?
These losses cut us DAWGS deep, we get it… We’ll be back Homies, and it’s not going to take 20 years.
Oregon and TOSU next year…

We are Washington. I'm not worried.
curious how much Oregon will buy them for.
Yep, it's Utah on their 4th string QB.
