hmm I haven’t spent a night (or like stayed a whole day on a day trip) in Idaho, Wyoming, the dakotas, Montana, Nebraska, Kansas, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana. Then I never went north of Rhode Island in the NE except Maine.
Edit: Iowa. Knew I forgot one. Always gets me
This kinda feels like the common misses if you don’t live in the Midwest or northeast.
I imagine at some point I’ll need to go to Boston for some reason but idk how I’m gonna get to the others. Maybe Kansas for a football game. My sister lives in Chicago so maybe stay there for a bit and go to Wisconsin or something
Wisconsin was pretty good today. Other than some Texas jackass, everyone else merged back to the right lane and did not hog the passing lane. Made it to Madison from Iowa City nice and easily.
Also bumping thread because I crossed off state #49 a few days ago. Just need Alaska to clinch all 50 states!
The first time I visited Brown University and toured The Breakers in Newport. The 2nd time I was just passing through on my way from Cape Cod to the family farm in the Catskills.
OK, Wisconsin drivers do suck. The drive from Madison to Green Bay this morning was lousy with all of those retards slowly cruising in the passing lane. They are full blown retarded drivers. On one stretch of a three lane freeway, everyone including trucks were in the left two lanes. Nobody but me in the far right lane passing all of those idiots.
The state with best drivers is surprisingly Vermont. They must enforce “left lane is for passing only” laws.
Driftless Wisconsin = capable drivers. People of the stinking water area of Wisconsin = shit drivers. A Wisconsin native I talked with at today’s Packers game enlightened me to why. It’s because they are not used to being sober, so driving sometimes can be a challenge since they are outside of their alcohol induced comfort zone.
We made the mistake of driving from Chicago to see our friends in Minneapolis. I think we were going to bring our dogs but changed plans and left them and didn’t change from driving to flying.
What I noticed is exactly what @Purple_Pills said. They drive fucking slow. I would be in the next lane behind a semi and a regular car. Semi going 68 and finally gets into the left lane. Does the car speed to up 80? Nope. Fucking 72mph.
That pattern repeated itself over and over again.
Ever since then I’ve noticed Wisconsin drivers love clogging up the passing lane the way I love to clog up toilets.

Hick
I’ll check off South Dakota in October prior to the Iowa game.
My number of states visited is impressive but balanced out with the lack of foreign travel. I’ve only been to BC internationally.
I track counties.
Purple means I have been to the county, yellow means I spent at least one night there. I use Microsoft Paint to color the map.
That’s impressive.
I’ve only had sex in 13 different states.
You've had sex 13 times? Lucky!
This is something @purplej would post

Whatever you do, don’t drive through Wisconsin. Slowest fucking drivers on the planet.
There are certain vehicles I always pass as soon as possible:
Big rigs
@LebamDawg’s home on wheels
@PurpleBaze’s magenta Prius
Subarus
Anything with a Coexist bumper sticker
Vehicles with Wisconsin plates

Belated Wisconsin Drivers trigger warning for you
I hit Wisconsin for the first time this year. I didn't notice anything about their drivers being better or worse.
We made the mistake of driving from Chicago to see our friends in Minneapolis. I think we were going to bring our dogs but changed plans and left them and didn’t change from driving to flying.
