For starters, you're probably lying about being the boss of anyone. I don't think they'd promote you to graveyard team leader at Whataburger.

Can we make a $10,000 bet that I can prove that I have direct reports? I can have someone put that money in escrow.

Nobody wants to talk about letting people go. It sucks, even if the person was making everyone around them miserable.
And anyone who is completely unprofessional as he claims wouldn't be held onto until that Friday. It would be same day door.ass.out

@Swoopthemoon doesn’t count.

It doesn't suck when the person deserves it. I want to get the word out and get this cautionary tale out there to people who think they're free to do this on companies' resources and think its ok. Its not.
Unfortunately, you can't fire someone on the spot. It takes some time to document the steps I took to correct the behavior, how those steps were ignored, culminating in a time that HR told me I was clear to relieve that employee of the burden of doing their jobs.

I see Spaz is getting the attention he so needs.

Ah so HR made the decision. Nice work Serpico.

And again, Doog Bot misses the point. The crime isn't posting on a random website your political views. No one at work is going to see that. The crime is posting your viewpoints on internal company channels and distracting yourself and multiple people from doing their jobs.
Guys….I dont come on this board to lecture you on being dumb….I just can't help it when you post dumb statements.

So have you found the "everywhere" I've been posting on besides the Tug yet? Just admit you lied to everyone and pulled that "fact" out of your ass!!!!
