Yeah every once in awhile I get sucked back in because some small part of me believes Ern can at least be reasonable unlike the other 3 amigos of ruhtard.
The guy giving illegals drivers licenses is going to give mooselimbs guns to kill you with. They will be used as a tool for the demonrat? commie agenda. They will use that tool against any who resist.
I find this a lot where people pretend to "centrism" and/or "both sides are bad" as it is a lot more polite and palatable than "if you oppose statism you belong in a camp or dead".
The trouble is that once you start "going into the weeds" their actual views get exposed, which by and large are often hyper tribal. Once exposed they can either admit they were wrong or double down. Then it isn't long until you get to hear about denying people medical care etc.
Any of this sounding familiar?
Imagine what they say in private among themselves and not in this place with pushback. I get to hear it all the time living in California.
Having some "Muslim friends or clients" in the US is a joke when trying to speak honestly about the global plague that fundamentalist Muslim culture inflicts on the world.
Precisely what I was trying to say, just let artfully. Bingo.
We all know that "most" of any large demographic are generally normal and reasonable people just trying to get by. We get it. But that, in itself, does not negate the observation of concerning trends. That's all I was trying to say. And one such concerning trend (not really even a trend anymore) is what is happening in London.
But let's focus, instead, on finding a better analog to "my law firm clients" anecdata and ignore the point being made.
And this comparison to nutty Christians and alt-right people in the US. Yes, same thing. JFC.
Or what is happening in Harvard, Columbia, Berkeley, USC and a myriad of other so-called universities of knowledge and Jew Hating along with major US cities including the Capitol.

Two commie places and two Muslim paradises
The eternal Thompson gunner, still wandering through the night
Now it's ten years later, but he still keeps up the fight
In Ireland, in Lebanon, in Palestine and Berkeley
Patty Hearst heard the burst of Roland's Thompson gun and bought it
And also a terrible sample for drawing any statistically-based conclusions. I mean, love us or hate us, people who have on-going relationships with lawyers (other than criminal defense) tend to have money and business. Yeah, those people tend to not want to blow themselves up and destroy their communities. Welcome to the land of obvious conclusions.
"I'm going to pretend we learn nothing about people we work with closely, sometimes during periods of intense stress and crisis, for months, years or decades. That's what I'm going to pretend."—creepycoug, a lawyer (allegedly)
"Yeah, but, but, but, I know some very nice German people." HHusky, a veritable dumbfuck circa 1942, who can't imagine there is anything going on with the Jews.
If anyone in 1942 or thereafter had viewed individual Germans and persons of German descent as inherently uncivilized, murderous, and a threat to peace and safety, you'd have a point. But that was never a thing and once again you basically make my point for me with a shitty analogy.
Good God. You and your party support Jew haters. You elect them to congress FFS. Your kids were raised to hate Jews and have continued to protest against them and side with those that want them dead. I find it incredible that you are even involved in this discussion.
Big Ern is wholly against fundamentalist Islam, especially how it's infiltrated governments, but he's also against people from Muslim countries being automatically labeled as fundamentalist/Jihadist. That's a racist and shitty assumption/label. The right and the Tug engages in this shit often. It's not unlike Mexicans being labeled as murderers and rapists, or immigrants being labeled as illegal aliens.
Big Ern is from a Christian country, supposedly, but he ain't Christian. If I went to Afghanistan and someone made that assumption I would say "Whoa whoa whoa, that ain't me, bro. I don't do religion. I'm just here to smoke some Ope and go hiking."
Race baiting and labels being used as culture war political tools are gross. Big Ern doesn't roll that way and furrows his brow at instances of it. They're everywhere, here included, this thread even.
Ignoring and/or embracing extremism from white Americans/English hooligans makes the bullshit even more transparent, as if we can't disavow all extremism. That's what I do. It's really easy. Why don't y'all?

Your quarrel is with the English language.
Not the first time you've picked that fight. English always wins.

I'm hearing he's a laugh riot.
My eyes must be deceiving me.

Bullshit
And the japs think you're full of shit too
President Eisenhower and I are pretty sure people of German descent weren't subject to a lot of bigotry during WWII or its aftermath.
You're no Ike
Any word from the Japanese American concentration camps?
he’s a big fag. Don’t even try

Also, you've been to 40 Middle East countries!?
I know! Given all the things you’ve got me doing it is incredible I have any spare time to be here.
Hysterical much, Marge?
You think that reference helps your argument?
