Actually did research on it. Neighborhoods go up in value for "diversity" until about an 8-10% threshold at which point they go markedly down in value.
Pretty much mirrors our Tug "liberals" living in white wash Washington preaching about DEI and talking "for" minorities.
Odds are every single one of them is grossly uncomfortable being in a room that isn't predominantly whyte.

There's some truth to that. I don't know about "psychopaths." The narcissism part makes perfect sense.
Traditional liberals are a lot different than today's social justice warrior leftists. There was a white woman at work seven or eight years ago who told everyone in the room that the term, "High up on the totem pole" was somehow racist. She also excused this black guy's poor behavior (ex NAU player, actually…total jerk). I didn't take her seriously after that.
