    He also recently said, if we? could reach a consensus on an assault weapons ban, he would sign it as president. Again, hard fucking NO!

    Well that's a pretty fucking low bar. Why vote for someone who you know is going to select Judicial nominees that will oppose most everything I believe?

    And the SCOTUS is there to say no go on that too.

    Except we are three dem judges (appointed by the President) from losing. We are also a dem president and dem House of Representatives away from expanding the Court to a sufficient number to swing the Court into being a rubber stamp for any dem legislation.
