Meh, depends on your space. I will say that every time we partner with another software company and I talk to their dev(s), they are usually jaw-droppingly bad at what they do. And they come with some lap dog manager to be the politician and have no fucking clue what they're ever talking about, but take up about 95% of the call.

edit: definitely add Diversity Manager to that pic.
