There is mutual interest with Lane and Oregon... whoa Nellie... probably wants to stick it to SC and this roster is ready made for a ship! Bring it!

Good for you guys if you get him. I don't buy him that much unless you are aiming for #2 in your division.
Imagine writing this after hiring #2 in the MWC West.
We got the best hire. I'll take another beer Mike.

Best Hire lol you settled for a possible good hire. Best definitely not, hell Kelly with top recutiers and a top DC would be dynamic too

You think Kiffin would be worse offensively than Meat? Kiffin has ran great offenses everywhere he has been.

Kiffen beat Chip at Autzen when CK was at his peak… without this guy from what I remember.

I'm hearing before Lane called a play at Bama, he checked with Lebby first. Don't twist.

I wanted UW to go after Lebby hard

Lane is the head coach. Sark still thinks he is the OC at Texas

    See the difference?

I guess we* didn’t take your dreams into consideration.

You may be surprised on how often we* don’t.

    Lane/Slingblade is a winning combination.

    Ask Lane

Says Lebby can call the speed up plays better than anyone

    Or don't

Kiffin would be a great hire for Oregon.

    And completely uncharacteristic.

    I don't see it happening.

    Helfrich would never leave!!!

Right but the first time you said the difference was your opinion, not his.

Maybe skip to the meat of the story next time and you won’t get annoying responses.

    Thanks for the tip bro

Ask @dnc I was on Lebby this September

Lane was praising him on the Egg Bowl broadcast

I'm a big Lane guy now but that doesn't mean his OC can't be good too. Oklahoma thought so

Then I suggest that Lane have Lebby on super secret speed dial to help him out for Okie.

I have doubts he’d come here anyway. Imagine him waking up on a cold, wet, February, Tuesday morning in Eugene.

He wouldn’t last a year and be on to the next one.

I would agree except, I sense a little desperation here. Oregon only offered the raise to MC after getting Phil Knight's approval and his financial backing. They (Phil Knight) then pulled the offer after MC refused to immediately sign it. Phil Knight is more than likely hiring this next coach through Mullens. Phil doesn't have a lot of time left, and this roster is built to win now. Wilcox (yawn), Shitaki, and Chippy are not at the final table. I think it's Aranda and Kiffin, as I think Brady is going to be OC at Miami. With the $9 million Miami paid Oregon for MC (hahahahaha) Oregon has the money to go big. Aranda loves Baylor and money might not be enough to pull him away. Kiffin on the other hand, if paid enough would have his office packed, and would be in Eugene by dinner.

OTOH Joey Freshwater enjoys waking up wet.

    It's not over for Oregon!
