Biden is incredibly average but he is light years ahead of the last guy, that’s not saying a lot.

As far as we know Jimmy Carter had the best character of any President over the last 60 years. And he sucked. I learned early on not to vote on character. I didn't vote for Reagan and did vote for Clinton - the two best 8 year terms of the last 60 years. Both were attacked for their character.
