Joe Rogan / political climate

Have Hawley, Cruz, AOC, Booker for a three or four hour debate and put it on every network. Maybe replace Cruz with Tulsi.
The 140 character clap back is a total joke and only agitates.
Don't twist, I don't think much would get done, but so much of the American population is so out of touch they need the figureheads to duke it out. Hawley though would demolish AOC in a debate.
MSM is strictly for hatred and division. And people are glued to the garbage.

Either they stormed the gate, damaged shit and broke the law or they didn't. This subjective 'incited violence' is bullshit.
Otherwise, feels.

AOC and Booker have zero to gain by stepping outside of their protected media bubble.
Remember when Booker called for attacks on the GOP, “go to the Hiil,” and it led to the harassment of GOP politicians in public? Neither does anyone else because the Rat Media ignored it.

In terms of arrests, I would agree on inciting. But I also think it’s crystal clear that several politicians need to be removed from their office for the roll they played in the attack.PurpleThrobber said:

"Every single person that attacked the capitol and federal and civil buildings in locations around the country, and incited them needs to either go to jail or be kicked the fuck out of our government. Until then, fuck your healings."
Strong words. I believe I understand your perspective. I agree to some extent. People who caused damage or broke laws should be arrested and prosecuted. Being there, however, in and of itself is not a crime. Being a conservative does not mean you're an insurrectionist or even cheered these people on. On top of that, "Incited" is a gray area for me...
Just so I can understand if your perspective on this is consistent, could you answer this?
What about the people responsible for 19+ deaths and over a billion dollars in property damage during the months of protests for George Floyd? What about the media who provided their support? What about the politicians who supported it? What's your stance on them? I'm talking rioters causing damage, people burning shit down, looters, etc. Antifa, BLM, whatever. People breaking the law.
What's your stance? -

Like the other two members of the Trinity, Washington DC is an occupation power run by the NWO, and has no legitimate right to rule anything but the District of Columbia. -
Hawley is smart, and she is crazy. But, she is not stupid. I've said that from the beginning. She's misguided in her beliefs, but she knows well how to advance them. That said, of fucking course: prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any protestor of any political persuasion, and of any race, gender, religion or other variable, from summer, winter or fall, who destroyed property, stole, assaulted anyone, resisted arrest, and did anything else illegal north of J walking.
That's like illegal immigration rhetoric. Unless you're a complete nut, and there are plenty to go around, of course you say prosecute the doers of illegal things. Who could not be for that? I've never seen anything in the media to suggest otherwise, but I'm sure there's something. That's different and to be distinguished from the media pushing the narrative that Floyd touched off a bunch of shit and that people are rightfully fed up. But then again, I'm also not one laying the blame for this at Trump's feet. -

The right to protest, like the right to bear arms, is a fundamental part of our freedom. With both of these rights comes violence. You can’t have guns without gun violence and you can’t have protests without riots and looting.DoogieMcDoogerson said:@TheKobeStopper

You can paint a pretty picture of gun safety and responsible owners and peaceful sit ins but that’s not reality. Our sports teams can’t win championships without 57 people getting arrested.
Sometimes this violence becomes too much for some Americans to stomach. School shootings are a good example. It reached a point where many Americans struggled to accept that cost.
If the BLM protests reached that point for you, you are free to have that opinion. If it crossed a line for you and you felt something should have been done to stop it, the same way people feel like something needs to be done about school shootings, I get that. But it didn’t reach that point for me.
I don’t see what happened on January 6th even in the same universe as the BLM protests. You can put all the BLM damage numbers in a nice little box, the countless day, the dozens of cities, and total it all up to make it look really bad. It was still a protest.
January 6th was not a protest. You don’t just show up to a protest and accidentally end up in the halls of congress with a bunch of zip ties. “Whoops, how’d I get here?”
Democracy is my number one issue. I know you guys won’t like to hear that. The commie that supports Biden can’t love democracy but it’s true. I would choose capitalism with democracy over authoritarian socialism/communism. This was an attack on democracy. It was driven by lies about election fraud and it was intended to overturn a fair election. That is not the same as the violence that came with protesting for black lives. -

I get thinking Trump is a low life piece of shit, but how you can stand around and allow the abject silencing - by corporate oligarchs no less - of a fellow citizen is beyond me. Not only hypocritical, it's antithetical to the Democracy you hold dear.
- I believe social media sites need to be allowed to have a tos
- I believe article 230 must remain
- I don’t see any ending to the Trumper led criticism that isn’t government oversight. It’s always hyper focused on the bans. It’s never “break up big tech”, it’s “we must protect free speech”.
- I have heard, for over a decade, about how government sucks, business is the best, builders want to build good buildings, let the market decide and now, all of the sudden, let’s push super hard for government regulation?
- I think libertarians are being used. I think Trumpers know this will result in the government stepping in and they want that. So if the pendulum swings back, they have that power.
- We’re dealing with fascism. It’s going to be incredibly difficult to get through this. Many difficult decisions will be made and some of them will be hard to swallow. I try to always keep the Patriot Act in the back of my mind but I also think this threat is more dangerous than terrorism ever was. Freedom is difficult to balance, I hope we can avoid the same mistakes we’ve made before but I don’t know how it’s going to go. -

The right to protest, like the right to bear arms, is a fundamental part of our freedom. With both of these rights comes violence. You can’t have guns without gun violence and you can’t have protests without riots and looting.DoogieMcDoogerson said:@TheKobeStopper
