He didnt look slow to me. The thing about speed is that it isnt rare. Chances are that even shitty HS programs will have kids with ~ 4.6, ~11.0 (100m) speed and they'll be playing in the secondary. This kid at 215 was quicker in the first 10-15 yards and faster from 15-60 yards than anyone else in his highlights.
