So are we at the point where if a guy commits armed robbery but then runs, the cops are just supposed to say, “well...he’s running with a gun but his back is pointed towards us now, so I guess we just have to let him go.”

Each cop shot two more rounds than you believe is "reasonable." I guess in all the excitement, they kind of lost track of the reasonable number of shots they should have been firing.creepycoug said:

34 rounds and they only hit him 13 to 15 times and of those how many were fatal? -
Training says "shoot them until they stop doing whatever it was they were doing that caused you to shoot them"
Preferably if 2 to the upper chest doesn't put them down shoot them in the head. Could be wearing body armor.
