That's legitimately good newsKrunkJuice said:3 incher to UW by Huffman.

He previously had it as a 2incher to Stanford. We must have patched things up after insulting him with the greyshirt offer.KrunkJuice said:3 incher to UW by Huffman.
Ektard also said this week there could be possible attrition on the DL this summer so the coaches can spin it as "a spot opened up for you". -
Interesting. Who would leave?insinceredawg said:

Draco seems the most obvious guess but just a guess.KrunkJuice said:

I recall a lot of TBSers wanted him to play TE. I'm sure Cato would welcome another body in that room.dnc said:

He's almost the exact same size as Dissly.

That would bum me out. He always seemed like a guy that would take a few years to develop but had high upside. And given how wonky our recruiting classes have been from a numbers standpoint we now will only have Taimani and Letuligasenoa as 3rd year guys, either of which could leave early for the NFL if they have a big season this year.dnc said:Draco seems the most obvious guess but just a guess.

To be clear I have no chinfo whatsoever, pure speculation on my end. He's probably staying here throughout his eligibility.louism2wash said:

Just because I like college football means I have to start acting like a bunch of overprivileged meatheads deserve my admiration?
Fuck the kids, fuck our football program and especially fuck the fact that I spend The majority of my free time obsessing over worthless minutiae about a craptacular college football team.

I’ll be honest. I forgot Draco Bynum existed
-
I totally forgot about him. I remember in his commitment interview w/ Roof he talked about wanting to become a doctor and that was a huge reason he chose UW.dnc said:

This is the one position I envy Washington's recruiting.

You wouldn't trade OL and WR rooms (not commits) with us?greenblood said:This is the one position I envy Washington's recruiting.

Oregon still has a very strong OL group. I'm not worried much at all with this group.dnc said:

The WR position isn't great, but Oregon does have Micah Pittman, Jaylon Redd showed a lot of improvement last year, and Johnny Johnson returning. Oregon also has the Devon Williams transfer from USC. He couldn't break into the first team there, but few could given how stellar that group was and still is. This is by far Oregon's weakest position, and I am jealous about the UW WR room. I'm no longer envious with the recruiting, because Oregon's new receiver coach is one of the best recruiters in the country, and it is on display already. This group is going to look a lot different in a year or so.
Oregon has yet to peak. -

I should also add, I'm not that fired up about Oregon's RB recruiting either. Campbell was able to year after year recruit what seemed to be a top 10 running back. This staff isn't there yet.dnc said:

Draco is supposed to be a DT and after 2 years is still only 265 lbs. I don't think its gonna happen

Huffman:
"Late last month, on the heels of an offer from Stanford, I put in a low confidence Crystal Ball for Tumwater (Wash.) defensive tackle Jacob Schuster and put it on the Cardinal.
A month later, there is a little more buzz trending towards the in-state Huskies, so I've switched my Crystal Ball to the Huskies, but keeping it on low confidence.
Schuster raved about the offer from the Cardinal and for the 4.0 student, it was a big one for him, but we've heard in recent days that Washington is making a bigger push for him and trying to keep him in-state.
We know that Cal and Washington State are also trying hard with him, but the Huskies also are the closest to home, have had some success with Tumwater and are also targeting a younger teammate of Schuster (Ryan Otton).
So it's enough for us to trend off Stanford and to the Huskies, but not high just yet."
