Is he in the Poly-adjacent category?UDubHusky23 said:lol i don't think you have to be Poly to play in the poly bowl. Either way I think his family is from south america or something.
Either way, there seems to be a strong correlation between recruits who participate in the Poly Bowl and recruits whom Malloe is able to sign. Which, for a DL coach on the West Coast, may offer more benefits than risks.

so we give malloe passes when he signs 0 kids? what happens if he can't sign the poly players or any other players? has happened twice now.TTJ said:

From tOSU site. Momentum building?
Source close to Ohio State’s program believes the Buckeyes will absolutely land Egbuka, but thinks it might be trending a different way for Tuimoloau.
“(Brian) Hartline has done such a great job with Emeka and I think he will be in the class,” the source said. “He won’t be announcing anything soon, but I’ll be very surprised if he doesn’t join this class. But with J.T., if I had to guess right now, I think he will either stay home and go to Washington or he will go to USC. With Washington, a lot depends on how their new coach looks this fall. J.T. is one of the kids whose recruitment is being affected by the quarantine more than others in my opinion. I say that because I know he really likes Ohio State and what the program has to offer, but can’t come out here and take visits right now like he planned. I fully believe if we could have got him here on an official visit this summer he would be a Buckeye. But if I’m guessing right now, I’m saying Washington or USC.” -
