Given enough time and the splintering of the boreds and bored wars over time, it feels like the end state for all of this is that eventually every individual poaster on here (and maybe Husky fan in general) will have their own UW podcast and message board with population of exactly one member

A huge part of their disappearance is also probably due to the failure of their BDTW brand. They pimped the hell out of launching that site (twice? 3 times?) and I imagine the entire process has probably been pretty embarrassing for Coker because it was clearly his baby and had some pretty grand delusions about its success.

They would have been better off just making their own mvc site with articles and links to podcasts and figured out the message bored setup later. That site looks awful. I didn't even know about the website until @PurpleBaze told me privately. I remember Crow a little, being a big MST3K fan myself. This seems like hurt feelers or something, but I really don't care enough to pick sides.

Coker had a dream, pursued it and ran into difficulties. Kudos to him for trying. I miss him and Dennis here. They gave a lot, including their hosted tailgate. I had a long text thread with Dennis yesterday, much of it relating to Kyler Manu and Bob Gregory. Dennis does have lots of irons in the fire. On a positive note, there's a better chance of him returning than reuniting with Styx. -
I loved their Podcasts -- I mean who else could take 5 minutes of information and stretch into a 1.5 hour show for bored dudes?
