It’s not a law. But still.RaceBannon said:(1) "2030 requirement" refers to the requirement that all

There’s a whole song about how this works...
The title of the OP recognizes it's a bill.
Normally i'd dismiss this as something that has zero chance. Given the make up if the state legislature and the governor I'm not so sure. -
Look what Kali does with it's gas tax. It isn't building roads....WestlinnDuck said:I'm not sure why being concerned about attacks on our freedom by elected politicians seems to concern some people. This isn't some nut cases on Twitter, these are elected politicians. Hell, the governor of Washington wants this sh*t. The Oregon legislature is aching to pass a cap and trade bill that is equivalent to a 22 cents a gallon gas tax. You think the low information dem voter actually want this? That's why it isn't a tax. It's called cap and trade and is sold as a pain free way to do "something" for the planet. Race and 38 million Californians are already paying that tax. Has that cooled the earth yet? Phu*cking stupid ideas shouldn't be ignored, they should be exposed and ridiculed.

As usual, they sold the recent tax increase on fuel as a measure to fix our "unsafe" roads. The stupid voters of this state never even bothered to ask where all the money the state was currently getting from what at the time was a state tax on fuel that put California in the top 10 of all states. Now with the increase we're firmly number one in taxes on fuel, and after the tax increased was passed, the state government was forced to reveal that the increase didn't have to be used to fix the roads.Sledog said:

We now have the highest taxes on fuel and one of the highest annual vehicle registration fees in the Country, and most of the money from those goes right into the general fund. -
Those illegals aren't paying for themselves!SFGbob said:
