Biden’s actions regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor had been in the public record by August 2016 at the latest. Daddy could have had his DOJ look into it from day one. (Maybe they did and decided there was nothing to charge Joe with.). Daddy waited until Joe emerged has his chief rival to demand that a foreign country ANNOUNCE an investigation as a condition of receiving Congressionally approved aid. I’m sure he can explain it all in his testimony—his reputation as a deponent precedes him.
