Actually no, calling an incoming freshman better than any DB on a team full of 4 star DBs that has consistently produced NFL DBs is a level of stupid that is not reached all the time on this very forum and site day in and day out.DJDuck said:Not a good look? When you call out a hypocrite that basically says that you can’t have an opinion and compare players when it is done all the time on this very forum and site day in and day out Grow up. You are in the silly zone. Why can’t you answer the Questions?
Every time I try to steer this back to a debate on my original post which was provocative & meant to engender a conversation and not personal attacks people like you would rather engage in personal attacks rather than talk football.
Congrats. -
I believe our pups are a year ahead of the ducklings. Seems like we played a lot of frosh after losing the secondary to the NFL. As much as I may "hate" Rapp he's another Husky roaming the secondaries of the NFLdnc said:

Let's save the dick measuring for game day where Oregon will win it anyway. But the secondary is our strength as @dnc said -
More ad hominem attacks and no backup. That’s what is stupid. We are not talking about WHAT HAS BEEN PRODUCED. That is completely superfluous to the conversation.
-
So a program's track record of development at a specific position shouldn't be factored into the projections for a specific player at the position.DJDuck said:More ad hominem attacks and no backup. Hard disagree.
-
No we are talking talent right now.
-
I wouldn’t trade any Washington DB for our starters and most backups. Mc Duffie and Molden are good but I doubt they would be starting at Oregon. I wouldn’t take any of them over Manning. What about your great DB 2020 class?
-
No one ever said we have a great 2020 DB class.DJDuck said:I wouldn’t trade any Washington DB for our starters and most backups. Mc Duffie and Molden are good but I doubt they would be starting at Oregon. I wouldn’t take any of them over Manning. What about your great DB 2020 class?
But your homer analysis is highly suspect here.

Calling yoreself provocative and generally thinking yore the smartest person in the room is boorish, flaggable and the reason you need to PM @IrishDuck22 to get this place dialed in better.DJDuck said:Not a good look? Manning is a great cornerback commit. But the 2020 version of Manning< 2022/23 Manning and also <2020 Lenoir/Graham. If Geico made a commercial about true freshmen corners, getting burned would be what they do. If Lenoir and Graham stick around, the 2020 depth chart becomes:
BCB: Graham, Wright, Manning
FCB: Lenoir, James, Hill.
That's really good.
If one, let's say Lenoir leaves, it becomes
BCB: Graham, Manning
FCB: Wright, James, Hill
That's not bad, especially since Wright is a fairly known quantity at this point.
If Graham and Lenoir leave it becomes:
BCB: Manning, James
FCB: Wright, Hill
That's worrisome and throwing true freshmen to the wolves.
I assume the slot corner position will be fine. Now, let's move to safety. I like Bennett Williams a lot. But they brought him in pre-Brady Breeze end-of the-year breakout. Same game.
FS: McKinley, Pickett, Bridges
BS: Breeze, Williams, Stephens
Assume also McKinley can move to slot corner if needed. But now what's set up here is two players who will be off the roster next year and not a lot of underclassmen in a position to step up and replace them. This is where losing Tae Williams and Slusher (in addition to Criddell last year) hurt.
It's a really good defensive back recruiting class. But lets not pretend that the roster is in perfect shape right now.

One man’s opinion. I guess it’s ok for him to compare players as long as it’s in your favor hypocrite.
I wouldn’t trade any of our starters for any of these DB’s Myles Bryant, I thought he was gone.
Myles Bryant has been torched by Oregon.
This is what I remember about Myles Bryant:
-He was beat by Jaylon Redd for a TD in the 2018 game at Autzen.
-He was beat by Dillon Mitchell on Pass that set up the winning field goal in Autzen
-Watching his attempted tackle this year at the Husky Stadium beat down when Cyrus just hurdled him.

We're? saying (seemingly everybody) that your opinion isn't worth the turd I pinched off this morning. -
No you just attack rather than engage if someone has an opinion other than yours. you moron.😂😂😂

No, I don't.DJDuck said:No you just attack rather than engage if someone has an opinion other than yours. you moron.😂😂😂
In fact, most people on this board would accuse me of going overboard doing just the opposite. I have a five fucking page treatise challenging the doog notion that 2017 PSU was a better team than 2019 Wisconsin.
You've already won the Dumb Fuck of the Day award. You can stop now. -
You said better, not more talented.DJDuck said:No we are talking talent right now.
Say what you mean. -
You are talking dumbfuck. What I said is as clear as day. You choose to. Continue to get into these juvenile creations that you think are important. What I said was plain as day. You have really can’t seem to be able to challenge my main post. You just want to act like a juvenile and run your mouth off. All I heard on here last fall was how much better the Huskies were........better line, better QB, better receivers, better DB’s. You were going to destroy Oregon in Husky stadium and win the PAC 12.
You childish little hypocrites can dish it out but you can’t take it. After all that you say now others can’t possibly know about Huskies compared to other teams. You people are clowns. Next year is going to be even more disappointing than this one. -
DJ you guys won the Rose Bowl
Act like you've been there before -
